The DNK Refrigeration Solutions City of Rockhampton Men's Open Championship was held on Saturday April 29 and Sunday April 30 and featured prizes for:

36 Hole Stroke (nett) - A, A1, B & C Grade winners & runners up

18 Hole Nett Events for each day.
It followed on from the RGC Mixed Open event held on Sunday April 23, the Investment Collective Women's 4BBB Stroke Championship on Thursday April 27 and the Investment Collective Women's Open on Friday April 28.
RESULTS
Men's 2023 Open Champion: Dylan Parish with a two-day gross score of 145.
Women's 2023 Open Champion: Sarah Antcliffe with one-day gross of 82.
